I’m using AI the whole time, but for some reason nothing comes out great. I ask questions across all of these artifacts, and the answers are meh. They point me toward helpful things, but it’s very hard to tell which artifacts are “live” — continuously updated and reflecting current understanding — versus relics and cave drawings.

I’m worried about building shared understanding on top of eroded shared understanding. Or, worse, glossy, coherent-sounding, but ultimately wrong understanding.
