If climate scientists are in it for the money, they're doing it wrong

The real racket is what goes to universities in overhead. My university’s federal negotiated overhead (indirect cost) is 54%. That means for every dollar in federal grant money, only 46 cents of it comes to my project/program. (and people call nonprofits inefficient at 20% overhead)
